In today’s episode, we sit down with Jerome Edwards, Co-Founder, President & CEO of CardioNXT. In our conversation, Jerome discusses his experience as a founder, what he sees as the “three legs of the EP stool”, CardioNXT’s focus on therapeutic AI, and the benefits of beginning a career at a startup.
Jerome studied Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Colorado School of Mines, and received his MBA from Vanderbilt University. He began work for Surgical Navigation Technologies writing the application development library for 3D navigation of instruments in brain, spine, and ENT surgeries. SNT was acquired by Medtronic, and Jerome went on to start Veran Medical Technologies, which was acquired by Olympus Corporation for $340M. He then co-founded CardioNXT, where he serves as the company’s President & CEO.
